Gunshots were recorded this Sunday evening in Rrëshen i Mirdita.

Official sources inform that the father and son, citizens of MB and EB have fired with firearms in the direction of the vehicle of the citizen of SR. The incident happened after a conflict between two young men, SR and EB, where the latter went to his apartment and then returned with his father with a pistol firearm.

During the departure, the SR citizen lost control over the driving of the vehicle and collided with the road curb. Father and son were declared wanted, meanwhile no one was injured by the shooting.

"After a momentary conflict, they fired at a citizen's vehicle, the suspected perpetrators (father and son) were identified and declared wanted. In Rrëshen, after a momentary conflict due to weak motives, it is suspected that the citizens MB and EB (father and son), residents of Mirdita, shot with firearms in the direction of the vehicle of the citizen SR, resident of Mirdita, who while leaving lost control over driving the vehicle and as a result the vehicle collided with the curb of the road.

Upon receiving the notification, the Police services immediately arrived at the scene. The Operational Forces of DVP Lezhë have also gone to support them. From the first investigative actions, it appears that the two young men first had a conflict with each other and then the EB citizen went to the apartment and together with his father, the UK citizen, took a pistol and shot at the vehicle with which the SR citizen was moving. No one was injured in the shooting. Checkpoints have been set up, and the control of the area continues, with the aim of locating and apprehending the suspected perpetrators."  – informs the police.

The investigative group, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, continues investigative actions at the scene of the incident, with the aim of fully elucidating and legally documenting the incident.
