Shocking details from the meeting of the Investigative Commission for TIMS , that this system, which contains the most important data of the Albanian state, has fallen into the hands of unauthorized persons who are not related to the State Police.
A detail that stunned the members of the commission during the testimony for 12 hours in a row yesterday evening until the early hours of this morning, was the fact that certain names that entered and left the territory of Albania were not registered in the TIMS.
So, with the support of the people they had in the Department of Technology in the State Police, these citizens entered and left Albania's borders as they pleased.
Underworld people and other influential people have caused the TIMS System to "turn off" when they go through customs and their data is not forwarded to the center. These were declared and accepted by the witnesses in the Investigative Committee in the Assembly.
But who was interested in TIMS being turned off?!
The senior officials who testified until the early hours of this morning in the Parliamentary Investigative Commission headed by Ervin Salianji, with the participation of members from the opposition and the majority, admitted under oath that unauthorized persons also had access to the system .
Specifically, when people from the world of crime registered by the State Police and others with problems in our country have left the territory of the Republic of Albania, their passport data has not been sent to the State Police database, in the Directorate of Technology and Information on "Mine Peza" Street.
Occurring in these conditions, when the data of the Border Police Stations have not been reconciled with the Center in Tirana, the wanted persons and those with problems have been allowed to enter and leave the territory at will, because they appeared "clean", since the TIMS System it didn't work.
For these facts, the members of the Investigative Commission immediately requested that the National Security Commission be convened urgently and that all necessary measures be taken./ Newsbomb
