The criminal activity in the field of microcredits of Arben Meskuti and Olsi Ibros, along with their chain of companies, Final, MCA, ADCA, Consulting Company, Zig, Flash, Star/Fs, etc., has been denounced in the media since before the 2020 pandemic.

These two people, through a clan within their families, created a mega-scheme of fraud, which brought about the consequences we are counting today, opening and counting an inventory of pain.

Years ago, facts, testimonies and live evidence emerged, showing how a fraud scheme was operating without any obstacles right in the middle of Tirana, on the boulevard, near the former "Voice of the People". The family clan of Olsi Ibro, Elda Ibro, Arben Meskuti, Yllka Meskuti, Ernela Çuberi, Indrit Çuberi, put under their command a chain of "executive" pirates with licenses who were first bought the seals, and then the honor itself, with money.

After 2020, the fraudsters of the "Star Center" moved near the "Usluga" buildings, a few meters away from the SPAK building, where for four years in a row they were allowed to practice the modern torture of "paying usury" for hundreds of thousands of Albanian pilgrims, who had ever get a loan.

Mirela's story as one among hundreds of others that were left unheard

Mirela H, mother of two children, is left without any income today. She says: "The husband fled to Greece to work. I have two small children alone. I work at a gas station in Tirana. My salary is small, not even 40,000 ALL. I have been blocked for 8 months and I do not receive any money. Helidon Djindi had brought me a writ of execution to the bank. I don't know him.

One day, the head of finance called me at work and told me that some letters have arrived for your salary to be withheld from this name, Helidon Djindi. I don't know him - I told him, I don't know that I don't have any meeting or notification with him. It seems unfair to me all these letters and why in my work.

I remember at home I received dozens of letters regarding a loan. I have saved them all. I don't know if I am guilty enough to be persecuted like this? I received another foreclosure at home from a bailiff named Fatos Alimadhi. Last year, a letter with a different name that I don't remember brought me a blocking letter at home.

Then they called me on different phones, but especially on the number 0682097137. They harassed me non-stop with letters, letters, and phone calls. I could not sit still for a minute, only anxious. Sometimes they told me we are MCA, sometimes we are ADCA, another time from the enforcement. Last years I had a bailiff who tortured me in the same way, the one named Jordisa Dervishi at the Star Center near the Ministry of Justice. There was another one whose name I can't remember. All these have their names on the papers. All this trouble because of an old loan that my husband and I took from Prokredit bank in Tirana, because we opened a pizzeria.

It was 2008, we got a 5 million old loan at 22% per year that we had to repay the whole loan by February 2011. We paid 19,200 lek per month. We were correct for the first 11 installments, but then we had problems. The man had an accident... We paid more than two million, then we rested, we couldn't do it anymore. In 2013, we paid another 300 thousand, then we had no more power. They closed our pizzeria.

In November 2015, I received a writ of execution of Jordisa Dervish from Star. She asked me to pay ALL 698,700 immediately. I was very surprised that I had not paid any installments. She started persecuting my family, me and my husband. Endless phone calls, letters and threats. I cannot tell you all the problems that I faced, but they were many. We did not understand what they wanted from us and why they always asked for more and more money. We were terrorized by endless phone calls and letters with red stamps.

I used to go to that STAR center with children in my arms. There they put us in a room on the second floor and a guy threatened us. We will take your salary, your full salary, then we will leave you without a salary and without bread. Pay it! Both husband and wife were completely blocked in salary. They did not receive any money, we lived in debt with two small children. My welder husband and I here where still fueled. One of them told us: "go, you will sign what we tell you so that you can escape and at least eat bread and we will release you to receive your salaries."

We were forced to sign that we had children without bread at home. The children were small. Two-year-old boy and three-year-old girl. It was October 2016 as far as I remember and my husband and I signed a letter at the Star office. It was a loan contract for 597,300 lek with the bank Micro Credit Albania. We signed, they took us to a nearby bank, at the counter they exchanged a check for money, I didn't see anything, I didn't get money, but we signed again and went home.

The STAR executors finally unlocked our salaries. We started paying the new loan to MCA. We paid until August 2017 about 1.3 million ALL and we did not have the power to pay anymore because my husband could not find a job, not even the season, I was the only one working. Threats, bills, letters with red stamps, from MCA, ADCA started again. He used to bring me mail. My friends told me "why do you take them?". I used to take them all and I have kept them like the eyes of my forehead.

I want to know the truth, I have not been deceived. Help me if I am right. All the time I was under pressure. Not only me, but also my husband, not only us but also our relatives, relatives and acquaintances. We were surprised many times that they took everyone on the phone. We didn't know how they got their numbers. They called first and second cousins ​​and told them "help them pay the loan because they will find trouble, their house can be sold".

They also took my father L several times. They also took envelopes home. They took my brother G and took my credit letters to work where he worked at GA...all his co-workers saw it. They called the daughter-in-law of the other brother A. The bride's name is SA. They took the daughter-in-law and told her "help Mirela and her husband pay the loan because they will find the trouble and the house can be sold."

How is it possible that you harass me so much with phone numbers and addresses in my people? How did they know all this? My harassment at home and on the phone continued for some time. I had nothing to give, alone with two children with a small salary, not even 400 thousand lek, with a husband who ran away from trouble to work in Greece and who had not contacted me for a long time. They kept my entire salary in the bank for the accounts of the executors, as they told me, once in one name, once in another name.

They did not show their letters to the bank. We are not allowed from the center - they told me. Every time I went to the bank, they told me "You won't get another lek, but go and deal with the MCA there at the train..." The woman from the bank wrote down the address and the number where I had to go on a piece of paper. I still have the note on yellow paper, Mine Peza Street, entrance 2, floor 1, Tirana, MCA. Phone number 0682097137. The same number ADCA told me a few years ago.

I picked up the number and it was a mess on the phone. I introduced myself and told him, I want to come and meet about the salary freeze issue. That's how they told me at the bank that I can find the executor at this number. She showed me how to find the way, there was an Albanian Post Office there on the ring road near the State Archives, at the Usluga buildings, on the side of the road, down some stairs. I called the girl again because I couldn't see where to go because there were no signs or bank signs. She told me that there are some air conditioners there, some stairs and pushed the door to enter because we don't have signs, what do you need signs....

I went inside and there was a red counter like these at the post office. At a counter there, the girl who spoke to me on the phone looked at me angrily and took my identification card. He took a photo of the card. I asked him to meet the executor Helidon Djindi, or the one with the last name Alimadhi, who had blocked both my salaries. She told me: "What did you have to do with them, I will tell the boss." You can't meet them when you want, the bailiffs because they have work, they won't stay behind you". I asked him, how come he didn't meet me at least once to explain to me how he completely blocked my salary without notifying me at all. I want to know. Please, I want to talk to them because I have two children, I have no bread at home.

She told me: "Let me clarify, shut up." You have 12 million in salary debt. that you didn't respect the due dates and that's how it went. It was easy when you got them. I told him that I have not received any lek, I have only paid about 5 million so far, I have the papers for this, they are not counted, why so much? No, he told me, they are not called what you paid because they get the percentage in years, the bank takes it, the bailiff because they won't wait for you. I told him how is 12 million possible?! Where to find them, where to drown now? I have 400 thousand, I don't even get them because you have blocked me, how can I pay them, without a husband with two children...

That girl that I will never forget told me mercilessly "Go away, pay the debt and talk nonsense...you are all the same!" I ran home in tears to feed the children with money owed. I have no salary at all, they keep everything from me... and at work they tell me "solve this problem because we also have nothing to do".

This is the story of many Mirelas everywhere in Albania, grabbed by the throat by the renters of the soul.

We did all of them, even expert Yljana's papers...she also submitted the "stamp", she allegedly did the expertise with Google Earth.

In fact, we did her acts. She received 200 thousand for each property appraisal. This bailiff Bejko did not come by himself, he brought the stamp with an employee of his office, his name was Florian, sometimes another young man also came, they took back the stamp for property transfers. The signatures were electronic. After making the enforcement papers to Bejkos, with his seal, we sent online mortgage applications under the name of Andis Gjoka, MCA administrator.
