New details have been revealed following the arrest of Flodian Plaku, the main suspect in the murder of Gentian Bejtja, an event that occurred on March 15, 2024 in the village of Larushka, Kruja.

At the time of his arrest by the police in the city of Vlora, Plaku had two firearms (pistols) with him.

Also, one of his associates was arrested, identified as citizen Juljan Aliaj.

Meanwhile, from the information received so far, it is learned that Plaku had received orders to commit another murder.

Flodian Plaku lived mainly in Greece and Italy, and is accused of being one of the three assassins of former police officer Gentjan Bejtja, on March 15 of this year in Fushë-Krujë, within the perimeter of his apartment, while he was watering vegetables in the garden in the presence of family members.

The crime is suspected to have occurred with motives of revenge, as a result of the war of revenge and rivalry between the criminal groups of Fushë-Krujë, Ervis Martinaj, Indrit Dokles and Durim Bami.
