The man you see in the photo is 32-year-old Artjol Xhelo from Ura Vajgurore in Berat, a former police officer, who was found dead this Monday in the Llogara pass.

His body was completely burned inside his BMW car, and preliminary police suspicions are of suicide.

However, other investigation leads related to a criminal incident have not been ruled out.

According to sources, in the last communication the young man had with his family, he had stated that he would not return home if he did not find work.

In 2023, Xhelo was expelled from the ranks of the State Police, and as a result, relatives have stated, this has affected his condition.
