The OSCE representative for freedom of the media, Teresa Ribeiro, has reacted to the terrorist act that was carried out in the early hours of this morning against the Top Channel building where a Kalashnikov was fired and unfortunately guard Pal Kola lost his life.

In a post on Twitter, Teresa Ribeiro expressed that she was horrified by this serious incident and called on law enforcement agencies to investigate the incident as soon as possible.

"I am horrified by today's gun attack against Top Channel in Albania. My sincere condolences to the family and colleagues of Pal Kola, the security guard who was killed during this heinous attack. I am confident that the authorities will identify and prosecute those responsible without wasting time," said the OSCE representative for Freedom of the Media, Teresa Ribeiro.
