Ardian Çapja, in addition to the lawyers, submitted to the Anti-Corruption and Organized Crime Court a 30-page document in which he seeks to be declared innocent.
He told the Court that the process against him for the murder of Gentian and Nezir Beqiri in August 2012, was mounted by the Prosecution of Elbasan.
According to him, prosecutor Ritvan Suka, who is investigating the event of February 2016, where two family members of Çapja were killed and 8 others were injured, is not clarifying it because politics is involved.
"There are three perpetrators who have been proven to be involved in the massacre of my family, as well as politics. Those who wanted to keep power and those who wanted to secure votes. Even the late lawyer Ravik Gurra has requested information from the Prosecutor's Office of Elbasan and has made available materials for clarifying this event, and there are doubts that he was killed because of the information he had."
In the material submitted to the Court, he contradicted all the testimonies of the associate of justice, claiming that he was instructed by the Prosecution of Elbasan in order to involve him in this event.
