Lawyer Klodiana Gjyzari appeared at 10:00 a.m. at the Special Prosecutor's Office, to sign the closure of the investigation of the "Partizani" file, for financier Andia Pustina.

The same lawyer also defends former Prime Minister Sali Berisha and is expected to come again to SPAK at 12.00 to sign for him as well as to withdraw all investigative documents.

Meanwhile, at 09:00, the legal defender of Xhimi Begeja also arrived at the doors of SPAK, to carry out the same procedure.

Prosecutors Arben Kraja and Enkeleda Millonai called at 14.00 Jamarbër Malltezi, who will also be known at the end of the investigations.

The Special Prosecutor's Office on Monday closed the investigations into the privatization of the former sports club "Partizani", while calling the defendants to come to SPAK to sign the end of the file.

Earlier, the special structure communicated the charge to the five defendants, Sali Berisha, Jamarbër Malltezi, Fatmir Bektashi, Andia Pustina and Xhimi Begeja.
