The court hearing of the "Golden Bullet" case is taking place today at the Special Court, where the defendant Xhuljano Hoxha has made strong accusations against Erjon Alibej .

Before the black squads, Hoxha denied having any hand in the murder of Bujar Çela. During his testimony, he said that Alibej ordered Nuredin Dumani to kill Oti Kila.

Xhuljano Hoxha further testifies that Erjon Alibej paid 3 million euros to obtain the status of associate justice.

According to Hoxha,  Gentian Sharra says in his testimony that he has never committed theft as he is a person with more than 10 businesses and is regular with all taxes.

"I am aware that Alibej ordered Duman to kill Oti Kila and there was a conversation when we were in the garage. In Erjon Alibej's statements and SPAK's evidence, there is no evidence or conversation that I participated in the murder of Bujar Çela. I want to state that Erjon Alibej told me that I paid 3 million euros to get the status of a justice collaborator so that Henrik Hoxhaj's status would be taken away. Alibej told me that hopefully it won't be on Skyy," he said.

The defendants in the "Golden Bullet" case are accused of several murders, attempted assassinations, and violent thefts, which were revealed after the testimony of justice collaborator Nuredin Dumani.

The Special Prosecution is continuing the process for the sensational file, where there are several defendants. Nuredin Dumani is in the capacity of a repentant, as an associate of SPAK, solving at least 12 murders and dozens of other crimes in a decade, as well as the orders he received for executions, with payments of up to 200 thousand euros.
