The parties, the coach and the club, have found an agreement between them for a friendly departure at the end of this season, a decision that has already become official. Tuchel took the Bayern bench on 24 March 2023 replacing Nagelsmamn, while signing a contract until 2025.

After narrowly winning the title a year ago, this season, Bayern seems to be competing in the Bundesliga, while the continuity in the Champions League is also in doubt, at a time when they lost the first challenge against Lazio 1-0.

Regardless of how this season goes, even if they are eliminated by Lazio, Tuchel will not be sacked, but will continue to lead Bayern Munich until the end of this season. This period, the leaders of Bayern will work to find a worthy successor, a coach to once again return the club to high levels.

The names circulating in the media at this time are many, starting from Zidane, to Mourinho, Flick and Antonio Conte.
