Prime Minister Edi Rama said that in the next parliamentary elections, DP will hardly get more mandates than in 1997.

Rama said that the only difference is that at that time all of Albania fell into the abyss where this party was, while now only this party will be in the abyss.

According to the Prime Minister, this is what this party itself has decided and chosen to do.

Rama said that the economy is growing steadily, so salaries are now incomparably higher, not only in the public sector, but also in the private sector.

He said that economic growth increases wages, reforms increase, and not adventurous management.

Rama: In the next elections, DP will hardly get more mandates than in 1997. Remember that. The only difference is that then the whole of Albania was in the abyss where that party fell, while this time the abyss is the exclusive destination of that party only.

Some say that Albania today is a country without a future and without opportunities to keep the spirit alive. Without a future and with debts, Albania was when the people removed those who said so.

In 1997, the DP received 336,167 votes and 25 mandates against the Socialist Party's 690,003 votes and 101 mandates.
