The draft law on the forgiveness of fines for constructions without permission in rural areas, proposed by the Socialist Party, is cleared.

The SP has submitted to the Assembly the draft for the remission of fines imposed from 2015 and not yet executed.

40 socialist deputies have signed the draft, which affects those who have been fined for construction and intervention in residential houses, up to people fined during the pandemic for violating anti-covid rules.

In the draft law, it is emphasized that "all unexecuted administrative measures, imposed from January 1, 2015 to November 30, 2024 in rural areas, regarding the administrative measures imposed by the Local Inspectorates of Territory Protection, the Central Inspectorate of Territory Protection, The National Food Authority and the State Health Inspectorate throughout the territory of the Republic of Albania.

Pursuant to the article, "all entities that have made constructions and interventions in residential houses in rural areas, constructions and interventions in facilities where activities of production, storage, processing, storage and trading of agricultural and livestock products, keeping tools of labor and agricultural and livestock inputs.

All entities dealing with the activity of production, processing, storage, trading of agricultural and livestock products in rural areas.

All individuals and entities in the territory of the Republic of Albania who have not implemented the rules established for the administration of the Covid-19 situation during the pandemic period".
