Tensions in the Parliament, SP demands the expulsion of 29 DP deputies

The Socialist Party parliamentary group has sent a request to the Speaker of the Assembly, Niko Peleshi, requesting that disciplinary measures be taken against 29 opposition MPs.

A 60-day suspension from parliamentary activities is requested for Belind Këlliçi, Fidel Kreta, Albana Vokshi, Ledina Alolli and Denisa Vata; for 30 days for MPs Elda Hoti, Gazment Bardhi and Sali Berisha; for 10 days for MPs Edi Paloka, Ina Zhupa, Klodiana Çapja, Oerd Bylykbashi, Enno Bozdo, Tomorr Alizoti, Ivi Kaso, Gent Strazimiri, Luan Baçi, Bledi Himçi, Greta Bardeli, Manjola Luku, Flamur Hoxha, Kliti Hoti.

The request comes after today's session in the Assembly where the opposition caused chaos, blocked the plenary session and physically clashed with the Guard. Meanwhile, during the session, MPs Flamur Noka and Klevis Balliu were expelled.
