On Monday, the joint session of the governments of Montenegro and the Republic of Albania will be held in the new building of the Academy of Sciences and Arts of Montenegro (CANU), on Rista Stijovića Street 5, in Podgorica.

It is expected that the solemn welcome ceremony and presentation of the two delegations in front of the CANU building will start at 10:30. While the start of the joint session is scheduled for 10:45.

During this meeting, it is also planned to sign nine agreements and memoranda in the fields of: energy, fishing, plant protection, social protection, sports, culture and media, defense, health, as well as the Agreement on the opening of the common border in the Saint Nicholas-Pulaj crossing in the territory of the Republic of Albania.

After signing the interstate agreements, the prime ministers of the two countries, Dritan Abazovic and Edi Rama, will hold a joint press conference.
