The Council on Rules of Procedure, Mandates and Immunities will meet on January 28 at 12:00, on the 'Balluku' issue.

According to the order of Parliament Speaker Niko Peleshi, SPAK's request to lift the immunity of Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku will be reviewed one week after the Constitutional Court has reviewed the Council of Ministers' appeal against the security measure "suspension from duty" of Belinda Balluku.

Currently, the Constitutional Court has suspended this coercive measure and the final verdict is expected to be issued on January 22.

We recall that the Special Prosecution Office requested the lifting of Belinda Balluku's immunity, following the charges brought against her.
