Today, the Democratic Party has denounced a scandal related to appointments in diplomacy by the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs.

The spokeswoman of the DP, Floriana Garo, through a statement from the blue headquarters, said that the Foreign Minister, Olta Xhaçka, has appointed Mrs. Juna Harka as Second Secretary at the Albanian Consulate in Istanbul. According to the PD, Harka has not worked even a day in diplomacy, but the worst thing is that Juna Harka is the wife of the Turkish citizen Ramazan Keski, is the head of a criminal organization active in drug trafficking.

There is a European arrest warrant for Ramazan Keskin since 2020 and two weeks before Juna Harka was appointed diplomat, SPAK seized her husband's properties in Albania. The Turkish authorities have requested the delivery of Mrs. Harka's diplomatic passport.

The news, and it is bad news, lies in the fact that Juna Harka's husband, Turkish citizen Ramazan Keskin, is the head of a criminal organization active in drug trafficking. There is a European arrest warrant for him since 2020.

At the beginning of February this year, two weeks before Juna Harka was appointed in Istanbul, SPAK decided to seize the assets in Albania of her husband Keskin. However, Mrs. Harka-Keskin, was not only appointed to the Embassy, ​​but was quickly provided with a diplomatic passport.

On April 5, 2023, when all the procedures for the appointment in Istanbul of Mrs. Harka-Keskin, some Albanian media announced that her Turkish husband's assets were seized.

Emërim i zonjës Harka është pjesë e një cikli të qartë korruptiv ku përfshihen lidhjet familjare; ajo është kushërirë e Skënder Gjinushit. Më shumë se farefisnia, bie në sy fakti që ajo emërohet pikërisht në Stamboll, atdheun e bashkëshortit të saj narko-trafikant, në kërkim nga autoritet europiane dhe në sekuestro nga ato shqiptare.
