Former PD deputy Ervin Salianji report from prison to SPAK. The reason is the file with the conclusions of the Investigative Commission for TIMS. According to Salianji, who signed and sent the report to "TIMS" from prison, Spiropali locked it in a drawer, violating the law.

DP says that the parliamentary investigation on the manipulation of "TIMS", directed by deputy Ervin Salianji, brought to the public the deliberate interventions in this data system, for the criminal interests of exponents connected to the government and power, severely damaging national security. The conclusions of this investigation are a good basis for further follow-up by SPAK.

According to the regulation, these conclusions are forwarded to the prosecution body by the Assembly.

" It has been discovered that the Speaker of the Spiropali Assembly has violated the regulation, and keeps the file signed by Ervin Salianji, which should have been in the SPAK by now, in the drawer beyond the specified deadlines ", declares the PD.

Regarding this, Salianji said through the telephone booth in the prison:

" To find the reasons, purpose and responsibility for this serious act of obstructing justice and the defense of crime, which only leads in one direction! The author is Edi Rama. This scandal, where the customs officer of the parliament does not send the parliamentary investigation to SPAK despite the fact that the law provides for it and the chairman of the commission has been depositing it for months, must be investigated! Those parliamentary investigations are the work and contribution of several months with colleagues and experts and it is a valuable service to the public interest, related to criminal interventions in the TIMS system. Those conclusions are serious and professional and help clarify the truth and responsibilities. They are not the personal props of a puppet speaker. It is his duty to do what the regulation says .

He further emphasized the conviction that one of the reasons for the imprisonment is the discovery of manipulations with TIMS to help organized crime.
" Undoubtedly, she knows her Skanderbeg above any norm and law and is ready to commit kamikaze. But the crime of TIMS thus doubles. The illegality of Spiropal, which does not send the file to SPAK, is added to the illegal interventions in the system.
All this proves that the findings of the Opposition stand. It once again verifies the government's ties to crime, and its service to gangs. I am even more convinced today that one of the reasons for my political imprisonment is the discovery of manipulations with TIMS to help organized crime. And this is definitely one reason and one more motive for the battle with the regime, and a confirmation of our just causes" , said Salianji.
