Prime Minister Edi Rama will leave today for a two-day visit to Baku, Azerbaijan, where he will participate in the Cop 29 World Climate Summit. 

Leaders and officials of 200 countries of the world are expected to gather in Baku to follow the work of the UN on Climate Change.

The focus of the summit will be how to prevent global warming but also its consequences.

In this two-week conference, financial commitments are expected to be addressed for poor countries that have been affected by heat waves, storms and floods, and that their intensity has increased due to climate change.
