Friday also marks the last day of the campaign for Sunday's elections in Himare.
Prime Minister Edi Rama promised the Himarjots that the property issue will be resolved very soon.
"In Cadastre, digitization has started for Himara. So I believe that after October we will start the next process little by little and everything will go to the right place", said Rama.
Alongside the socialist candidate Vangjel Tavo, Prime Minister Edi Rama compared the Himarjots to the Basques in Spain.
"We were discussing the whole history, what the Himarjots are and how they had relations with either Tirana or Athens. And in the end, the conclusion is the same, they are Himarians, they are like the Corsicans, they are like the Basques, they are completely different", said Rama.
Speaking about the elections in Himara, Rama said that the result was already known, referring to the polls, which according to him show great support for the SP candidate, Vangjel Tavo.
The Prime Minister added that the party he leads does not steal votes but fights with all party structures to achieve victory.
"When he (Gjiknuri) comes out and says that there will be an earthquake, when this other one here (Blendi Klosi) comes out and says that there will be hail, when I come out and say numbers, they remember that we divided the money and bought the votes. This is crazy. Meanwhile, we have the system that we know the result in advance, due to contacts and polls.
We did polls, we did them at the beginning, when Vangjeli was installed, we did them a week ago and we know more or less how the result will turn out. Our electoral machine is a modern machine, our party is organization, coordination, we have a lot of potential to get more. That's why I say that next year the objective is to get the most spectacular result of all these 9 victories in a row" , said Rama.
