Rama: Kamza was a place where there was no place for children, the right vote
Edi Rama

Prime Minister Edi Rama, during the closing meeting in Kamëz, asked the citizens to vote for the socialist candidate Rakip Suli, as the right person to run the municipality.

Rama appealed to parents that every vote cast for SP is a vote for the construction of nurseries, kindergartens and schools.

While recalling the time when Kamza was in the hands of the DP, Rama says that they held him by the throat and adds that the attack against them makes the message more difficult.

"What has always worried me deeply when I went to Kamez, in all the years since I have been dealing with this job, when we have increasingly had people who listened to us, but not a majority who voted for us. Whenever I came to Kamza, it was that Kamza was a place where there was no place for children. Where there was no place for boys and girls, for students, because there was no educational, sports infrastructure, no address for mothers to take their children...

And I have always wondered how we manage to communicate with those who are not just voters but parents. Mothers, fathers, who should see their vote as an investment in the first place for their children, in the concrete sense, not the abstract future. But a vote that is invested in the right direction, that can bring a nursery, kindergarten, school. It was really impossible because of the raised barricades of the political establishment. The politics of division and hatred. All the constant propaganda onslaught against us. Even against me personally, saying Rama does not love you. They made it very difficult to convey our message, to create a moment of calm, to look at things without fanfare, without colors. This moment came. Fate willed it, Kamza's fate willed it that those who held Kamza hostage for all those years,

And at that moment, what happened was the thing that today has given us the opportunity that, beyond all our words, Kamza can speak as a mirror, that is, of a historical change", said Rama .
