Lawyer Indrit Sefa stated that the Democratic Party has harmed the protest.

He elaborated on his opinion as follows: " I do not see a protest organized by the Democratic Party. In fact, I think that the DP has damaged the essence of the protest. In the first days, the protest was very beautiful, attractive, all citizens saw themselves in that protest, part of that protest. They watched as their troubles were being broadcast there. Then, Rama started with anti-rallies like Ramiz Alia and I saw Rama really endangered in those moments, because he did not know how to respond. Today, Edi Rama knows how to respond, he has a clear plan," he said on the show "Off the Record" on A2CNN.

"The first week they definitely needed a leader. As soon as a leader appeared, they counted the spoons in the poor guy's house. The protest had maximum success when there was no leader because the State Security did not know which group to hit. The youth banners were the highest form of protest, the irony was at maximum levels, making the protest very attractive to everyone. When it became a political level, I don't understand why the opposition spoke out. I don't understand why it got involved. The protest should have been left to do its job as it started," Sefa added.
