The voting on the draft laws and some absences from his party forced Prime Minister Edi Rama to be present at the plenary session.
Recently, Rama's participation in Parliament has been rare.
Only 74 deputies from the majority were present in the hall, while the Democrats abandoned the vote, leaving only Dashnor Sula.
The Prime Minister voted for only 4 bills; plant protection, animal health, travel information processing, and border control.
He then left, leaving his deputies ready to vote.
Opposition MP Dashnor Sula took advantage of his presence to abstain from the draft laws.
In some initiatives of their colleagues, such as the one on sports, Erion Braçe, Petro Koçi, and PSD MP Meri Markiçi also abstained.
Brace also abstained on the draft law on the use of biofuels and other renewable fuels for transportation.
