Lawyer Spartak Ngjela declares that if former Prime Minister Sali Berisha takes over the Democratic Party, then the United States of America has made one thing clear: PD is declared "non grata".

He said that his collaborators in coalitions can also be punished with such a measure. During the interview on ABC News, Ngjela said that the Anglo-sanctions legal practice is strict and in this prism he expects the American justice to act.

"We will have innovations, remember what the Secretary of State said in Washington, if they take Saliu PD, we will bring out the "non grata" party.
