The head of the SP parliamentary group, Taulant Balla, appeared today in the Special Court in relation to the lawsuit against Berisha for defamation, after the latter accused him of killing Ravik Gurrë.

 In his appearance before the media, Balla said that Berisha should learn to go to court and respect the law. He also stated that he should be prepared that he will be a permanent customer at GJKKO.

" It is a criminal offense that must be punished. Even in Basha, I managed to win the defamation trial, I will win with Berisha as well.

My call for GJKKO is that Berisha should be taught to come for the issues that we called him but also for the issue that the Albanians called him, among them January 21, Gërdeci, the privatization of OSSH, the privatization of the Partizani complex.

Berisha should be ready to be a permanent customer. I filed a lawsuit for some unsolved accusations in the Parliament of Albania ", said Balla.

Since he was absent from today's session, the court decided to postpone the trial so that the parties can appear in the court process. 

During the plenary sessions, Sali Berisha did not spare the attacks on Taulant Balla for his involvement in the elimination of the lawyer Ravik Gurra.

" You were accused of ordering murders and that you deleted the records, you promoted the prosecutor who deleted the records. And together with you in the parliament today is the shadow of the late Ravik Gurra, who had caught you in connection with the gangs and in order to kill and eliminate you ", said Berisha.

Floriana Garo has also been sued after accusing Balla of being involved in the gangs of Elbasan in statements to the media.
