The President of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, speaks to Top Channel after more than two weeks in the cell.

In an interview, he says that he continued to train in the cell, but he did not go to the gym, as was rumored in the media.

Today marks two weeks in prison, how does Ilir Meta spend his days in the cell and is it true what is said in the media that you had specific requests, such as a gym to train?    

It is normal that the Duman journalist will continue to spread slander about my life even in Narkoregim prison. I just asked if there is a gym and nothing more.

Meta: I continue to exercise every day by inventing exercises according to the circumstances. We are in the marathon and from here I will be in top shape. For your information, the wristwatch that was taken from me the day I was kidnapped was returned to me only after 10 days.

In freedom we have seen you active, sometimes diving in the sea and other times climbing mountains. Do you feel the absence of "our highest mountains, our bluest waters", or do you believe that very soon you will return to travel?    

I will definitely return to them because I have not climbed all the extraordinary mountains of Albania. And for this purpose I train every day even in difficult conditions. Invent new exercises every day. Ylli Bodinaku taught me some from the experience in Spaç.
