In a statement to the media after the protest organized by the opposition while the parliamentary session was taking place in the Assembly, the chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, avoided the answer when asked if he would publish the erotic videos. 

"That aspect is the most unimportant aspect," he said, sidestepping the question.

Precisely because he talked about these erotic videos, Berisha was expelled from the Assembly for 10 days.

Berisha said last session that he has erotic videos of McGonigal with cabinet ministers and added that he will submit them to the competent investigative bodies.
