In harsh tones, the head of PL, Ilir Meta, insisted that there is nepotism in the Freedom Party. In his speech at the meeting of the National Steering Committee, he said that on April 27 they will execute nepotism.

He expressed his conviction that there will not be two people from the same family in the leadership of the Freedom Party. According to him, it will be the vote that will decide who will remain in charge, him or Kryemadhi.

Meta said that the main problem in PL is not Monika Kryemadhi, but some people who, according to him, have used the connection between her and Meta to avoid taking responsibility.

"They come to my office and tell me that we have a problem with Mona, what is happening to Mona? Mona is our heart, she is a deputy, she can still be a deputy, there is no problem. It is not Mona's problem, the biggest problem in the party. They don't have Mona's problem, they understand that order is starting in the party. For all those who care about Mona, Mona is a world star. Maybe according to the statute you can vote for the Chairman and I will gladly continue to serve in the agriculture commission, but this story of Mona is not of Mona, but of those who want chaos, cacophony in this party, not to have accountability, organization, agenda, deadlines, clear lists of voters. Apparently they like to be in opposition.

Here the problem is not to stay in the opposition, but to save Albania from a gang that has taken hold of the throat and wants to expel these young people who are left.

The party will have maximum democracy so that anyone can speak and be heard, but when it comes to the decisions that are made democratically, then there is the execution of decisions," said Meta.
