Hold your breath/ Lulzim Basha is re-elected Chairman of the Democratic Party!
Lulzim Basha

Lulzim Basha was elected the new leader of the Democratic Party with 16,196 votes.

After the end of this electoral process, and the publication of the final results by the Electoral Commission, Basha has arrived at the PD headquarters.

The President of DP Lulzim Basha called today's process exemplary and thanked the members who voted and the structures that organized these elections.

" A heartfelt thank you to all of you for your endurance in these difficult and challenging times. The participation of thousands in the hot but artificial temperatures of the time. Thanks to the leadership structures of the DP who organized an exemplary process worthy of the ambitions and the standards that we announced to keep, " said Basha.

The National Council called by the general secretary of the DP, Gazment Bardhi, declared today's elections invalid.

This is the fourth time that Basha takes the helm of the blue headquarters. The race was between him, who counts 3 mandates as chairman, and Gjergji Hani, a figure not at all known to the media.
