Who is the socialist MP who voted against the dismissal of Olta Xhaçka

Parliament voted today to dismiss five Rama government ministers and appoint those youth.

The dismissal of Foreign Minister Olta Xhacka was voted 95 votes, but only one of the Social Democrats appears to have disagreed with voting against her triggering it.

The SP mp, Erion Brace, has decided to vote against the changes. The motives behind his vote against him are not clear, however, this is not the first time Thatcher has voted against a law or bill from his colleagues.
