The former prime minister, Sali Berisha, has condemned the tensions created the day before at the meeting of the Presidency of the DP, where journalists and MPs were threatened .
Berisha emphasized that these are shameful acts of violence, which according to him originate from Edi Rama's scripts. The former prime minister said that ' those who think they will end problems by insulting and threatening journalists are gangsters, they are street criminals, they have nothing in common with civilized individuals '.
Berisha 's statement :
" I strongly condemn the gangsters who threatened the journalists, who attended a meeting all night where there were MPs and non-MPs, and instead of being thanked for their sacrifice, the journalists faced insults, street threats, for the only fault was that they were doing their duty with sacrifices.
I am not the one to suggest to them which news they should follow and which not. But under no circumstances could they be insulted or threatened.
