Accuses Veliaj of "propaganda", but look at what Kelliçi does for a photo in "Skënderbej" square

Belind Këlliçi, the candidate of Sali Berisha and Ilir Meta for the Municipality of Tirana, has started the campaign for the local elections on May 14. But what stands out from his campaign are not the messages given to the citizens of Tirana that seem like empty promises, but the real PR "army" that he has behind him.

While attacking the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj for propaganda and marketing, Belind Kelliçi appeared today in the 'Skënderbej' square, a large team of about 10 photographers. As it seems to bring out his image as best as possible.

It seems that the councilors of Këlliç do not understand that the citizens of Tirana do not need quality photos, but that the city they live in should develop as well as possible.
