Appeals and Sanctions Commission
The Complaints and Sanctions Commission (KAS) has accepted the request of the State Commissioner of Elections, Ilirjan Celibashi, to fine the mayors who used the social networks of the Municipality for the electoral campaign for the May 14 local elections.
The fine was multiplied from 3,000 Lek requested by Celibashi to 100,000 Lek for 15 mayors where he found the alleged violations, while for 5 other mayors, he decided to dismiss the request.
