Prime Minister Edi Rama , in his speech regarding the project in Zvërnec, Vlora, also shared some personal experiences.

Speaking before the meeting of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group, Rama said that slander from some quarters, including Greek newspapers, made it feel as if they were allies with Albanians, unlike reality.

Rama said that his first feeling was to leave office, even though he had made the choice to lead the country.

"One by one. They commit the crime of poisoning people with slander every day. How can I be against you and against myself and how can the Greek newspapers be allies with you? There is something wrong. This is my feeling and for the first time they have made me think about humiliating you deeply and leaving you and running away to the countryside. But I have chosen to do what I have always done. I will lead you towards that Albania that I love as much as you do and to lead you towards this one that we have started together and that we have given value to our flag", said Rama.
