The General Secretary of the DP, Gazment Bardhi, declared today that the Ethics Commission does not exist, since the chairperson Flutura Açka has resigned.

In response, Açka returns to Bardhi saying that she withdrew her resignation with the belief that the time has come for the DP to come out of its agony.

Açka writes that today she is in the capacity given to her by the Democrats, as the Chairperson of the Appeals, Integrity and Ethics Committee.

I came back at the invitation of my friend, Gazmend Bardhi.

This invitation I received from Mr. Bardhi, in the capacity of General Secretary of the DP, explains my return. I believed it was time for DP to come out of its agony, and his invitation made a lot of sense to me.

That's why I came back, and I am today in the capacity that the Democrats gave me, and no proper name: Chairman of the Appeals, Integrity and Ethics Committee of the Democratic Party.
