Is Edi Rama a hostage of Balluk?

Edi Rama has not appeared in the Parliament hall before.

In recent years, his presence in Parliament has been a rarity.

But this Thursday, he was one of the first to appear in the hall.

The reason? There was going to be a vote on lifting Belinda Balluku's immunity.

Unlike the latter who did not show up, Rama stayed there the entire time, listened to Ulsi Manja's speech defending Balluk, pressed the button to vote against lifting her immunity, and left.

Now the question arises, what forced Rama to appear in the Assembly that morning, when Balluku himself did not go?

Is he really captured and held hostage by Balluk, as has long been rumored?
