In an interview for "Who Magazine", Ilir Shaqiri was asked what he did with the money he earned from BBV. He said that he has made a distribution of money, explaining that in addition to charity, he has donated a part of 100 thousand euros to Sabian, his family and his wife Emanuela Morini. Iliri has revealed that with a part of the big prize he won, he will build two houses for families in need.

"With BBV money it became what needed to be done, what I wanted to do. Half of the money went to charity and this charity will soon become concrete. 2 houses will be donated to two families who need to have a roof over their heads. My initial desire was to do something related to art, talent, but to create such a project will take time so I do not want the money to remain in the air and not have a concretization so I better decided to do something more concrete , faster. In terms of talent, from September we will have other surprises, I have many friends who are ready to participate and materialize my dream in discovering talent. Part of the money was taken by my family, mom, dad, for the sacrifice they have made over the years; a part of Emanuela for the sacrifice for those difficult months, who resisted Hurricane Big Brother and every word, provocation; a part of my brother Olti; a Sabian part about the friendship and respect that was created at home; another part was spent on the wedding. I am left with the name of the winner and I am very pleased. I did not come to Albania to make money. "I came to try an adventure, to show who I am, with the good and the bad."

What about friendships?

Friendships always have priority in my life. I have friends that I listen to very little and when I listen to them I feel like I am with them every day. New friendships also have an important place. It is important that a friendship does not have pretensions, does not have 'if I give you that you have to give me', and is a sincere, unconditional friendship. As I said, even those friends who could not come, I thank them because I know they would love to be there.

What is happening with the plan to move to Tirana?

Plans to move to Tirana are maturing, being analyzed. At the moment I am in Tirana and I am not neglecting my work and life in Italy. I want to one day enjoy my Tirana as a teenager, moment by moment, because I am very connected to my city. At the moment I have work plans regarding the summer season, I will be present at the Mik Festival, directed by Inva Mula, in a ballet night crossed with several genres of scenic art, on July 29 in Korça.
