Gerta Gixhari was in tears today in the "Big Brother VIP 4" house after missing her two sons. For this reason, she decided to break the emergency box that contained a phone.

"I haven't felt good about my family emotionally for a long time. Even the boys outside didn't satisfy me at all, they didn't satisfy me, nothing. I expected them to be inside the house and I would really like to talk, especially with the boys. I miss all my family, my mom, my dad, my husband, but I really hope to get this call from Big Brother," said Gerta tearfully before reading what the envelope contained.

But the resident was upset when she found out that she couldn't use the phone herself, but would have to give it to someone else.

"You cannot take advantage of the selected phone call. Choose which resident you will give this opportunity to," the envelope read.

Meanwhile, Rozana, with tears in her eyes, tells him to give the phone call to someone and then that resident will return it to her.

"We will take your children to whoever you give them to," Rozana told him.
