According to Argentine media, the court has ruled in favor of Mauro Icardi, allowing him to spend time with his daughters, but on one condition, not in the company of his current partner, China Suarez.

According to reports, Icardi behaved aggressively towards his ex-wife, trying to force her to keep the dogs, while the girls, screaming and desperate, tried to convince their father to take the animals with them. Upon arriving at the scene, journalists from the LAM program found a tense situation, where four police patrols intervened to calm things down. The journalists reported that Icardi seemed visibly irritated and worried, further inciting chaos.

The situation escalated to the point where police officers had to intervene after Icardi allegedly refused to release his daughters.

"We'll have to arrest you if you don't let go of the girls," a police officer told Icardi, as the children screamed and refused to leave. When Mauro still refused to calm down, they warned him again. It was then that he finally let go and left."

In the midst of the fight, Wanda Nara was caught on video screaming for help, visibly distressed in front of her daughters. Emergency medical personnel and psychological support teams were also called to help Francesca and Isabella, who were shaken by the event.

Reports suggest that an arrest warrant may have been issued for Icardi, although it remains unclear whether authorities will act on it.
