Sia has filed for divorce from her second husband, Daniel Bernard.

The singer, whose full name is Sia Furler, filed for divorce on Wednesday in Los Angeles, according to a copy of the document obtained by CNN.

She cites the parties' disagreement as the reason.

The couple legally married in 2022.

The documents also revealed that in 2024, their child, Somersault, was born.

She is seeking full legal and physical custody of the child while allowing Bernard visitation rights, the papers say.

The Australian singer was married from 2014 to 2017 to Erik Anders Lang.

In 2019 she adopted two 18-year-old boys.

In 2020, she revealed that one of them had become a father and she is also a grandmother, and even said that her nickname is "Lovey."
