Since the post-"Big Brother" era, rumors have been circulating about a love relationship that may have arisen between Egli and Mario, who is a gym instructor.

The first suspicions were raised by former "Big Brother VIP" resident Gert Ferra, who, in a show on Top Albania Radio, said that Mario had accompanied Egli to the Top Channel studios the day before entering the "Big Brother VIP Albania" house on December 21. These suspicions have been dismissed by Egli, who has stated that they are not true after the end of "Big Brother".

However, some photos of the pair in Italy posing for a watch company suggest otherwise. Both photos were taken in the same place and posted at the same time.

That's not enough. A reaction from Mario came on his Instagram account, saying: "It's Sunday, you're a 'gym instructor', life is beautiful," a dig at Egli, who had said that Mario was just an instructor, nothing more.

Now the pair have "unfollowed" each other, severing any connection they may have had and leaving everything in suspense.
