Former "Big Brother VIP Albania" resident, Livia Brunga, shared a very emotional moment during a phone call for the show "Pardon My French", where she spoke about her reunion with her father - a meeting that took place after 22 years.
Livia spoke for the first time about the emotions that have engulfed her in this new chapter of her life. She revealed that she had only met her father twice before – once when she was 2 years old and again when she was 7 years old.
“The meeting was unexpected, beautiful, natural… as if we had never been apart,” she said. “It was what I needed: no longer through a phone screen, but physically, walking the streets of beautiful Shkodra.”
Livia added that communication with her father had begun immediately after leaving BBV. She was surprised by how easily conversations flowed between them, as if nothing had happened during the two decades of separation.
"He told me: give yourself strength, build your own things, especially if you have a passion for the screen. But he also told me something that touched me a lot... that his dream is to become a grandfather."
Asked if this was a near or distant plan, Livia replied with a smile:
"Later... not now."
Regarding her father's family, Livia said that she has not yet had the opportunity to meet her brother, as he was not present in Albania during this meeting.
"We are in touch, but we haven't met yet. Dad came alone. I've been busy, but I'm expecting my brother to come later."
This moment for Livia is an important step towards reconciliation and balance in her personal life, as she described it herself:
“Now I'm getting on the path to balance. And I feel really good.”
