The well-known actress of dozens of Albanian films, Violeta Deda, passed away mysteriously in the United States of America in 2008.

A few days ago, a photo of her published on social media caused the actress's friends to react.

One of them, Teuta Mulaj, writes that she was in the hospital on one of the long nights when the actress was in a coma.

"Unforgettable for me as long as I live. I woke up next to your bed in the hospital hoping that you were coming out of the coma they put you in, but that didn't happen that night, nor for 10 years, until you unjustly left this world," her friend writes.

One of her most prominent roles was in the film "When a Movie Was Being Made".

Violeta Deda fell into a coma in 1998 at the age of 45 and was not mentioned again for 10 years, until she passed away.

Although information about what happened 27 years ago is scarce, at the time it was said that the actress was forgotten under anesthesia until her heart stopped.

Despite doctors' efforts to bring her back to life, her heart started beating again, but her brain was damaged, which led to a 10-year coma, until she passed away.
