The Russian counterattack in Ukraine has intensified in recent days, as the Russian army is reported to be advancing in 5 directions at once.

According to a "New York Times" analysis, this is the most dangerous situation since the beginning of the war.

The Russian attack was divided into five main lines of attack: towards Avdiivka, Marinka, Robotyne, Kreminna and Bakhmut.

The Russian Federation is reported to have amassed up to 40,000 military personnel in the Mariupol area and about 110,000 in the Kupiansk and Lyman area.

According to the "NYT", Russia is trying to recapture the territories that the Armed Forces of Ukraine liberated during the counteroffensive in 2022 and 2023.
