Until now, the financial guarantee for exploration and exploitation permits was assessed by AKBN and was equal to 10% of the monetary value of the anticipated annual investment.

At the same time, the new instruction includes new type preventive measures for determining the values that mining companies must pay for the final and progressive rehabilitation of the environment, both for exploration and exploitation permits.

Meanwhile, the plan for the rehabilitation of 1 ha of scho, clay becomes 773,004 ALL, from 392,490 ALL it was until now. However, these values are examples and will vary depending on the characteristics of the size of the mine and the corresponding volume of work. The standard preventive measures that were in force until now were approved in 2011.
