Recently, quite a few cases have been registered when white shirts in Albania have fallen prey to violence from the patients' relatives, but recently an opposite case has been registered.

As can be seen in the following video published by JOQ, a patient who had been waiting for a scan for about 4 hours, not only was not receiving the service, but was seriously threatened by the doctor in an ordinary way.

The doctor, who identifies himself as Erzen Dobi, threatens the patient as "brave" by asking him if he wanted to take off his shirt and go outside to be beaten. The event happened yesterday evening in the premises of the Durrës Regional Hospital.

The episode becomes even more serious as the patient was a firefighter who felt unwell during work hours and was taken by ambulance to the hospital.

According to the witnesses, the firefighter was left for about 4 hours without having the scanner done, although he had the card signed by the neurologist, but the doctors ignored him and in the end did not do the scanner at all.

"Look at how a firefighter on duty is treated by the hospital in Durres. An hour ago. There was a firefighter waiting for a scanner for 4 hours... There was a card signed by a neurologist, but this was a graphic and they didn't do it in the end. .... The firefighter was taken by ambulance to the station in the afternoon because he was in pain and was left unattended for 4 hours. When do they behave like this with us in uniform and on duty, and with an ordinary citizen?" it says in the whistleblower's message.
