Delina Ibrahimaj was dismissed with 105 votes in favor and none against, and was then appointed as Minister of State for Entrepreneurship with 73 votes in favor.

Ervin Mete was appointed Minister of Economy and Finance with 74 votes.

Meanwhile, other items on the agenda include the discussion and approval of several agreements and legal changes.

Thus, the discussion and approval of the draft law on the ratification of the agreement, between the Republic of Albania and Montenegro, on social insurance is expected", the draft law "On the accession of the Republic of Albania to the extended partial agreement (EPA) for the establishment of the damage register caused by the aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine", draft law "On the adoption of resolution no. 463 (2022), of the Governing Board of the CEB, "Increasing the capital of the Development Bank of the Council of Europe (CEB)".

The draft law "On some additions and changes to law no. 74/2014, "On weapons", as amended". As well as the Draft Law "For some additions and changes in the law, see no. 8577, "On the organization and functioning of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania, amended.
