Injured for treason, the Appeal leaves Erjon Goxhara in prison

The Court of Appeal of the General Jurisdiction has left the police officer Erjon Goxhara, who injured Lorenc Kosta, in prison.

The employee had submitted a request to the Appeal for the mitigation of the security measure "prison arrest" to "house arrest", but the Appeal decided not to accept the request.

The wounding occurred at noon on August 19, when Goxhara shot ERE engineer Lorenc Kosta with 6 bullets in the "Paris Commune" area in the capital.

After the incident, he escaped and surrendered to the police, expressing regret for his action.
