Moments of tension were also recorded in front of the Parliament, as DP protesters clashed with police forces deployed in these premises.
Former DP candidate for MP for Shkodra Senada Mehmeti accused of being hit with a rubber bullet.
"They have shot our candidate for deputy, the peaceful protester, with rubber bullets, but these are crossing every red line, they will receive exemplary punishment for this stance they are taking. The protest does not end here, it will continue and this protest marks another stage of our protests. Those who shoot peaceful protesters will face punishment," said Berisha.
"While Berisha was giving his speech, I was in the front row without doing anything. From the position where I was shot, it must have come from the terrace of the prime minister's office. I was to the left of the stage. After receiving medical treatment, I will continue the protest. Nothing will stop us ," said the DP candidate for deputy.
