While the Minister of Interior, Albana Koçiu, had just finished a press conference, Tirana was shaken by two serious events, which occurred a few kilometers apart.

Initially, a 31-year-old man was killed by several Tropojë residents, while a few minutes later a 34-year-old man was wounded with a gun.
