The Special Appeals Chamber on Wednesday rejected 13 requests for review filed by judges and prosecutors. The previous decision on dismissals was left in force.

The adjudicating bodies composed of members Ina Rama, Natasha Mulaj, Albana Shtylla, Mimoza Tasi, Rezarta Schuetz and Sokol Çomo have reviewed the 14 requests and decided not to accept them.

The requests of former judge Alma Brati , former prosecutor Arben Dollapaj , former prosecutor Ardian Ylli , former head of the Kavaja Prosecution Office, Artan Madani, former judge Astrit Faqolli, former judge Bernina Kondi , former judge Bledar Abdullai , former prosecutor Dritan Peka, former prosecutor Dritan Rreshka , former prosecutor Elsion Sadiku, former judge Entela Prifti , former prosecutor Gentian Trenova and former judge Kastriot Gramshi have been rejected.

According to the official announcement, the decisions were made based on articles 494 and 498 of the Code of Civil Procedure by majority vote.
